Villa Paraiso is an elegant seven thousand square foot Mediterranean villa located in the private gated community of Punta Bella, just outside San Jose del Cabo. This villa sits atop a windswept bluff, displaying sprawling views of the distant shoreline, ocean surf, rock-strewn tide pools and neighboring Desert Mountains. Beautiful large palm trees frame VillaParaiso with vibrant flowering plants accenting the lovely hillside. The large swimming pool adorned with matching dolphin fountains offer built in seats for guests to admire the white sandy beach and waters of the sea of Cortez. A long front walkway presents lush views of tropical vegetation in hedged courtyard gardens where coconut and other exotic palms give you enjoyable shade.

The interiors of Villa Paraiso are grand and spacious offering vaulted ceilings with skylights that allow the tropical sun to illuminate this luxurious space. The main living room is elegantly furnished with accents of large island plants throughout. The polished marble flooring with majestic canterra stone columns frame the immense verandah of the outdoor cantina. Natural materials such as trabertine marble, mahogany doors, Arte de Mexico furnishings and cantera stone/glass tables are found throughout Villa Paraiso. The open floor plan of this Punta Bella villa rental features three fireplaces and five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The large master suite and main guest room have private balconies that open onto the large swimming pool. Each suite has large ceiling fans and air conditioning. The gourmet kitchen provides top of the line stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops.
